MVP development with our experts

The MVP Definition Workshop is based on the proven “Lean Startup” philosophy and is the first important step on the way to a successful product launch. It is aimed at companies that want to give their vision an initial shape.

In the workshop, we work together to develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), a reduced basic version of your digital product that focuses on the core functionalities.

By determining the most important features, we can start testing early on and thus lay the foundation for a successful launch.

Let's start the workshop 1.

Procedure of the MVP Definition Workshop

From the idea to the MVP

The Product Characterization

The main features of the product are recorded here. What kind of product is it? For which target group is it intended? In which segment is it used?

Definition of the MVP features

Which features are absolutely necessary, which are optional and which are more likely to be classified as “nice-to-have”? Different models can be used for categorization to find out which features are required by users and which could trigger enthusiasm.

Insights about the use

This step will help us understand more about the application: What types of users are they? What are the different user scenarios? For example, GenZ people, administrators or so-called power users use applications very differently.

User Story Mapping

Optimizing the user experience with the help of user story mapping: With this technique, we will gain valuable insights into how users experience the product and what requirements they have of the product. This allows us to identify weak points and make improvements.

Testing

At the end of the workshop, you will have your first testable prototype in your hands - the minimum viable product - which will provide you with valuable insights before the launch!
