<p>The agile mindset is the philosophy on which agile project management is based. It includes, for example, the willingness to react quickly and flexibly to unknown situations, to constantly optimize teamwork and to never disregard the needs of your customers.</p>
<p>What the agile mindset is all about and why it has even been immortalized in the form of a manifesto in developer circles is explained in the second part of the workshop.</p>
<p><strong>Hands-on with practical exercises</strong></p>
<p>We use simulations - exercises that simulate typical practical challenges - to familiarize your team with the agile concept in a fun way.</p>
<p>This will familiarize you with agile processes and rituals, such as retrospectives, Kanban or the role of the Scrum Master. Thus, you are going to react more quickly to changes and challenges and significantly improve your collaboration skills.</p>
